The Joffren Omar Company Sdn Bhd hosted a talk on mental health and the effects of the pandemic for its staff, in line with the company’s goal of prioritising health, safety, and environment (HSE).
The company’s Managing Director Pengiran Mohd Noor Joffren bin Pengiran Omar said depression and anxiety are the two mental health conditions prevalent in Brunei Darussalam among all age group, even before the pandemic.
He hoped the talk, which was part of their mental health campaign, will raise awareness on depression and anxiety.
Delivering the talk was a psychologist from the Health Promotion Centre, Ministry of Health.
