A company pleaded guilty to two charges of failing to pay its obligations to the Employee’s Trust Fund (TAP) and Supplementary Contributory Pension (SCP), said TAP in a statement.
TAP said the company, represented by its director, pleaded guilty when the case was mentioned via online platform with the Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
The court sentenced the company to pay a BND2,000 fine within one month as well as to settle the outstanding contributions and dividends.
