DST Network (DSTN) Sdn Bhd yesterday announced that the USMS Smart Metering System experienced issues from December 17 to December 27, 2023, resulting in discrepancies in the consumption and customers’ accounts.
The issues were rectified on December 29. However, some customers may still be experiencing difficulties, the company said, adding that they should contact the DSTN helpline or Darussalam Line 123 for assistance.
Additionally, the USMS Smart Metering System will undergo system upgrades on January 16 to avoid re-occurance of the incident, the company said.
