Amazon Web Services (AWS) Head of Emerging Market Julian Lau spoke on how AWS can be leveraged to ease digital transformation within businesses – both sparking conversations on Brunei’s own digital roadmap.
The panel discussion themed ‘Cloud as a Catalyst: Securing Brunei’s Digital Future’ saw the participation of representatives from the Authority for Info-communications and Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam, Brunei Innovation Lab, Bahwan CyberTek, Ecosystm and AWS.
Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications Ir Haji Mohammad Nazri bin Haji Mohammad Yusof was the guest of honour. The event concluded with a question-and-answer and a presentation of tokens of appreciation to the guest of honour, speakers and panellists.
The event saw 80 guests bringing together information technology professionals and executives in a workshop centred on Cloud technology and its active function in a digital world.
