Local tug-of-war team Chain Block will compete in the Solidarity Open Tug-of-War Championship in Tambunan, Sabah.
The tourney begins today and will end on September 25.
The Chain Block Team will take part in the 680 kilogrammes for eight pullers category, and underwent intensive training early this month to prepare.
Before departure, the team, led by Chain Block President Pengiran Haji Azizul bin Pengiran Haji Badaruddin, was seen off by Brunei Darussalam Tug-of-War Association Co-General Secretaries Pengiran Haji Mohd Iskandar Shah bin Pengiran Haji Jadid and Pengiran Haji Bakar bin Pengiran Haji Sulaiman.
