The Brunei-Muara Senior Citizens Activity Centre (PKWE) held a Khatam Al-Quran to mark the 10th anniversary of its establishment at RPN Kampong Lambak Kanan Community Hall.
Acting Permanent Secretary (Community) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Dr Siti Norkhalbi binti Haji Wahsalfelah was the chief guest.
The event began with the recitation of takhtim and followed by Doa Khatam. Certificates and souvenirs were handed over to the PKWE’s former managers and assistant managers. The chief guest toured the centre’s exhibition, highlighting the centre’s activities. – Azlan Othman
