Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd (DA) announced the implementation of centralised recruitment system (CRS) for DA and its group of companies in phases over the next year.

The DA Group, as employer of over 7,500 Bruneians, is looking for local talents to fill various positions within its companies operating in sectors such as aviation, telecommunications, power utilities, logistics, agribusiness, food and beverage, leisure and tourism, medical, education, hospitality, and real estate.

As of this month, the recruitment platform comprises 12 government-linked companies (GLCs) and is accessible via websites belonging to DA, Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd (JPCC), Jerudong Park Medical Centre Sdn Bhd (JPMC), Makan Ceria Sdn Bhd, Muara Maritime Services Sdn Bhd (MMS), National Digital Payments Network Sdn Bhd (NDPX), Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd (RB), Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC), The Empire Brunei, Unified National Networks Sdn Bhd (UNN), PosBru Sdn Bhd and Comquest Sdn Bhd or through https://careers.da.com.bn/.

The CRS streamlines recruitment processes and minimises administrative tasks while establishing a systematic talent pool to optimise employment and succession planning across the DA Group.

It creates a transparent and fair process for all stakeholders while candidates can create a single profile for multiple applications to numerous companies.

They can also actively monitor the status of applications and manage employment offers on a digital basis.

Graduates and job seekers are encouraged to register via the CRS website.
