Some 441 preschool, primary and secondary students from Seri Mulia Sarjana School recently celebrated their graduation at The Rizqun International Hotel’s Songket Ballroom.

Indian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Alok Amitabh Dimri delivered a commencement speech to the secondary school students while Australian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Luke Arnold and Bangladesh Deputy High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Tanmoy Majumder also attended the function.

Prior to receiving their certificates, the students sang A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman (2017) as an encouragement to keep their heads high while pursuing their dreams.

Outstanding students also received awards for excellence, recognising their performances throughout the school year. – Lyna Mohamad
