Hanisah Syahirah binti Haji Haminuddin, placed first in the poster category of the digital poster and Dakwah video contest, received a BND200 cash prize, while first and second runners-up Awangku Mohd Ammarrul Amsyar bin Pengiran Haji Marjuki and Nurul Nazihah binti Haji Mohamad received BND150 and BND100 respectively.
Meanwhile, in the video category, Mohammad Azali Waliuddin bin Haji Azrini took the top spot and received a BND300 cash prize, followed by first runners-up Aiman Rosli and Julaihi Puasa with BND200 and second runners-up Nurul Asyiqin binti Haji Abdul Rahman, Hanisah Hannah binti Mohd Sufri and Siti Nursaidatul Syafiqah binti Muhammad Rosland with BND150.
Themed ‘Rasulullah Teladan Hidup’, it was the first competition organised by the Mosque Affairs Department in collaboration with mosque youth group nationwide.
Acting Director of Mosque Affairs Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri presented the prizes during a ceremony at Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kampong Kiarong yesterday. The competition saw youth aged 15 to 35 poster and video design categories creatively deliver knowledge to the public through social media.
It also encourage the incorporation of Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) Sunnah into the youth’s daily lives and the spread of knowledge through social media.
