Career Day aims to inspire students

Two hundred and sixteen students from Years 7 to 11 attended a Career Day at Sayyidina Ali Secondary School (SMSA) yesterday.

The event was to help students gain insight on their potential career path.

Principal Steven Shim Sheau Huei highlighted the importance of pursuing and working on a career as it helps one to stay motivated, maintain a basic living standard, and be the driving force in realising Brunei Vision 2035.

Booths were set up at the school premises. Talks and briefings by representatives from various fields of work were also held.

Speeches and plays led by the students were among the activities held to share their aspiration to reach their dream careers. – Daniel Lim
