A fire, which burnt out a car’s engine compartment, was reported at Pekan Bangar car park on Saturday afternoon.
Nine firefighters and two fire trucks, led by ASO Haji Yussof bin Jerudin from the Bangar Fire Station, rushed to the incident at the Pekan Bangar car park around 2.03pm.
On arrival, firefighters donned aspirators and extinguished the fire using a jet hose in about three minutes.
No injuries or losses of life were reported during the incident.
