A foreign registered vehicle crashed into a storefront in Jalan Tutong yesterday, destroying a glass door and damaging the counter.
No one was reported to be injured during the incident.
Hendry, a worker at the counter, said the incident occurred around 10.30am. He alleged that the drive was going to park the car in front of the shop, but the vehicle instead accelerated and crashed into the storefront.
He said he was shaken and shocked, adding that the car had luckily stopped right in front of the counter. – James Kon
