GHK Motors Sdn Bhd customers can now stay connected to the car dealer with the launch of its mobile app, which features a digital showroom, request for a test drive, request fpr servicing, spare parts inquiry, loyalty programme, news and promotions.
GHK Motors Marketing Executive Ahmad Adam, with the assistance of digital marketing team member Muhammad Nuur Siraaj Haji Rosanan, presented the app to local media at the Mulia Hotel on Tuesday.
The app is available for GHK members who are owners of GHK car brand franchise – Mitsubishi, Perodua, Daihatsu, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, MG, Alfa Romeo, Changan and Maxus – as well as the public.
It can be downloaded for Android and iOS devices. GHK customers automatically become GHK members with a validity membership of two years, once the customer purchases a car.
In conjunction with the app’s launch, GHK Motors is offering promotion for members where customers can receive BND20 GHK voucher when they download and install the app and request for test drive, request for quotation, car care or make spare parts inquiry.
GHK Motors is also waiving the standard BND5 renewal fee for memberships that have expired or expiring. – Lyna Mohamad
