Cupping is becoming so popular in the country that it concerns me how unregulated the practice of this alternative treatment is.
One simple Google will reveal images of people having their heads cupped which is gruesome, to say the least.
I have also read that there is a risk of contracting blood-borne infections such as HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C when undergoing the treatment.
Perhaps it is time that authorities regulate the practice, and allow only qualified people to perform the procedure.
