I only recently received two cards from the United Kingdom, despite them being sent to me at the end of last year; another parcel posted around the same time has yet to arrive in the country.
In December, I paid for tracking for a parcel to Australia. After three weeks, I found out that it was still in the local post office. So I complained to the personnel for the next few days to get it going. All in all, the whole process took a month.
This has been an issue for years, with no signs of improvement. In fact, it may be getting worse with each passing year.
I hope the authorities could do something about it.
