“Our business strategy is building a constructive relationship with our customers , upholding, maintaining and continuing the trust that comes expected from Toyota and the all-important after sales service which provides the all essential human touch to our business model,” said NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd Managing Director Haji Ahmad Omar bin Pehin Dato Haji Husin at the launching ceremony yesterday. He added that it is important to build a relationship with the community.
NBT (Brunei) celebrated its 55th year serving Brunei for 41 years being the market leadership of Toyota in partnership with Inchcape in the country with the launching of a whole new showroom designed to continue its services to the Brunei community.
Haji Ahmad also expressed gratitude for the support from the community for their trust in the products and services offered, business partners and team of NBT for their service.
The showroom aims to continue to provide a space that embodies the quality of cars, reliability, trustworthiness and design as well as the customer services offered for the past 55 years.
“We wanted a showroom that will become a testament of our commitment as a dedicated member of the Brunei community, something that everyone can be proud of even if you don’t drive a Toyota,” said Haji Ahmad Omar.
