SEOUL (ANN/THE KOREA HERALD) – K-pop subunit BSS, part of the popular boy band Seventeen, is set to return with a new single, Teleparty, on January 8, 2024, according to an announcement from Pledis Entertainment on Friday.
The trio, consisting of Seung-kwan, Do-gyeom, and Hoshi, teased the upcoming release with a two-minute trailer titled How is Your Youth?, which was shared on both the Hybe Labels YouTube channel and the group’s official social media accounts.
Teleparty conveys a message of global connection, with the song exploring the concept of uniting with others through telepathy to create a worldwide party atmosphere. The track also carries a deeper message, reflecting the belief that youth is not defined by age but by one’s mindset and spirit.
This new single marks BSS’s long-awaited return after nearly two years, following the release of their debut single, Second Wind, on February 6, 2023.
In addition to the upcoming release, Seventeen will also engage with fans across Asia as part of their Seventeen [Right Here] World Tour in Asia. The tour, which will take them to Jakarta, Singapore, and Bangkok, is scheduled to take place from next month through February 2024.
