Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam and Major General David Neo delivered the closing speeches.

The RBLF commander emphasised that Exercise MAJU BERSAMA had provided both armies with a platform to share knowledge and experience in tactics, techniques and procedures, covering operations in the jungle setting, riverine environment and built-up areas.

This further enhanced the soldiering skills and professionalism of their soldiers, mutually benefitting both armies, he added.

The exercise’s primary objectives were to enhance interoperability, share expertise in planning and urban warfare, and strengthen bilateral relations between land forces of the two nations.
