    Brunei riders join 1,425-kilometre excursion

    Local motorcycling club, NEW No Limit Riders Motorcycle Association Brunei Darussalam participated in the 2000 Corner Malaysia organised by Fast Bikes Motorcycle Club with the cooperation of the Titiwangsa Member of Parliament’s Office in Malaysia.

    Malaysia’s Minister of Plantation and Commodities Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, who is also a Member of Parliament for Titiwangsa launched the programme.

    The programme is inspired by the interest of motorcyclists and car enthusiasts who often challenge themselves to explore the ‘Thousand Corners’ in the neighbouring country of Thailand, traversing village areas and winding roads and turns to achieve the goal of completing the mission.

    With a distance of about 1,425 kilometres and covering 2,033 turns, the journey will take participants to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pahang, Perak, Kelantan and Negeri Sembilan.

    The programme is attended by 25 motorcycles and 25 riders including from Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. – Fadhil Yunus
