Trainees of the Youth Development Centre (YDC) in the final year of Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (Patisserie) received The Brunei Book of Records certification for the longest Swiss roll measuring 84.03 metres, and sushi roll measuring 75.79 metres in the country on Tuesday.
