Aegis Secure Solutions Corp (Aegis Corp), a subsidiary of Aegis Sdn Bhd of Brunei, and Eagle Corinthians Integrated Security (Corinthians) of the Philippines formally entered into a joint venture agreement.
This marks a strategic partnership between the two companies, aimed at providing comprehensive cash secure solutions in the Philippines.
The agreement was signed by key executives from both organisations.
Representing Aegis Corp were Chairman of Aegis Group Brunei Dato Ahmad bin Isa, President of Aegis Corp Jorge Francisco Vega and Directors Nur Khadijah binti Ahmad and Gerald Radar G Josue. Corinthians was represented by Chairman Noel E Bongat, President Noel T Bongat, Treasurer Bernadette Nicetas T Bongat, Director Bong Cruz and Legal Counsel Alex Cruz.
The event brought together teams from Aegis and Eagle Corinthians, highlighting the importance of this collaborative venture.
In his welcoming speech, Dato Ahmad stated, “Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in a strategic alliance that combines the best of what each of us has to offer.
“With Corinthians’ resources and deep local knowledge, coupled with our expertise in cash secure solutions, we are confident that this partnership will drive growth and deliver cutting-edge cash secure solutions.”
Noel E Bongat, echoed this sentiment, saying that each party complements the other to provide a full range of one-stop-shop cash management services.
“We provide the armoured vehicles, security services and local network of potential clients, while Aegis contributes its expertise and technology in cash centre operations and cash secure solutions,” he explained.
The joint venture company will focus on enhanced cash security solutions, particularly secure cash transportation services, leveraging advanced software technology and local insight to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
