The programme is in its second iteration, following the successful conclusion of the first iteration on May 28. It provides opportunities for high-performing officers within the Sultanate’s Civil Service to work in Singapore government or government-linked agencies within specific areas in alignment with key priorities of the Brunei civil service.
Selected officers will have the opportunity to develop key competencies, expand their professional reach and, upon completion of the programme, contribute to the development of their respective home organisations and to the overall growth and progress of the Brunei civil service.
The cooperation is expected to yield advantages through idea exchange, gaining insights from Singapore’s experience and best practices, enhancing knowledge and establishing professional networks, while further bolstering the longstanding positive relationship between Brunei and Singapore.
