The first meeting of the Executive Committee for the 76th birthday celebration of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for the Brunei-Muara District was held at the Muhibbah Hall yesterday.
The meeting was chaired by Brunei-Muara District Officer Misle bin Haji Abdul Karim, who said the event was intended to formulate plans and arrangements for the celebrations in adherence to health measures and safety protocols outlined by the Ministry of Health.
He also shared on post-mortem reports for activities and celebrations held last year.
The meeting also discussed the dissolution and appointment of Royal Birthday Celebration Executive Committee for this year.
