Brunei Darussalam recorded one COVID death yesterday, the Ministry of Health said in its COVID-19 statement.
There are seven cases in Category 4 that require respiratory assistance and no Category 5 cases, it added.
The COVID-19 vaccination coverage for the populace having received a third dose stands at 73.9 per cent, while 4.9 per cent have been administered the fourth dose.
A total of 78 per cent of children aged five to 11 have been double dosed, while 51.7 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have received the third dose.
A total of 1,805 recoveries were recorded yesterday, bringing the number of recovered cases to 180,111, said the ministry.
