Eclipse is an event that portrays the supremacy of Allah the Almighty. When it occurs, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) encourages ummah to carry out activities such as supplicating zikir, praying and giving charity.
This was highlighted in a sermon on Sunday morning in view of the partial lunar eclipse that occurred around dawn.
The sermon highlighted that when the phenomenon takes place, Muslims are urged to take lessons from it by remembering the greatness of Allah the Almighty and seeking forgiveness for sins that they have committed.
