Some 26 BMW Motorrad owners joined the two-day convoy trip to Miri, Sarawak to join the Miri Bike Week 2023. The ride, organised by QAF Auto Sdn Bhd’s BMW Motorrad Brunei, covered 300 kilometres.

QAF Auto General Manager Alisa Khoo said, “We are pleased to organise such event to connect the owners and enjoy the ride together. The ride will not be as joyous without their involvement and we appreciate their support and cooperation.” She added that sharing enthusiasm elevates empathy and that the company is always passionate about such initiatives and collaboration.

BMW Motorrad Brunei Manager Shan Tong said, “We are delighted to see such a wide range of models joining the ride to Miri Bike Week 2023. This is a good opportunity for the owners to meet and share their experience and enthusiasm for bikes. It is joyful to see how the community has grown and owners getting to know one another despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Every ride has drawn the community closer and our tagline ‘Make Life A Ride’ truly applies in real life.

“BMW Motorrad has been in Brunei for five years and there are 100 units on local roads. Some new models will be released later this year and next year. We will try to bring in the new models as early as possible for motorcycle enthusiasts to see and own.”

This year marks Miri Bike Week’s 10th anniversary and it brought together bikes of different brands.
