Briefing on Syar’ie prosecutor at career talk for over 50 participants

The Office of Career Advancement and Industrial Networking (OCeAN) at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) collaborated with the Syar’ie Prosecution Division of the Ministry of Religious Affairs to hold briefings on Syar’ie prosecutor as a career path at the university premises on Saturday.

Some 58 alumni and students attended the event that began with Deputy Syar’ie Prosecutor Nizam Sumurdani bin Haji Abdul Talib sharing his experience as a Syar’ie prosecutor.

The second briefing was delivered by Syar’ie prosecutor Hajah Fatimah binti Haji Ahmad who shared the roles, responsibilities and characteristics of a Syari’e prosecutor.

Attendees were also given the opportunity to pose questions and partake in online quizzes to test their understanding of the profession. – Rokiah Mahmud
