The National Road Safety Council briefed public sector employees on road safety at the Amar Pahlawan Hall of the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC) yesterday.
The briefing, part of the initiatives of the Strategic Outcome Brunei Darussalam Road Safety Strategic Plan 2025, covered aspects of road safety in accident statistics, driving ethics and law.
It was delivered by Assistant Director of Land Transport Department Haji Mohammad Syafien bin Yandol.
The session is a manifestation of the ongoing road safety awareness programme under the Brunei Darussalam Road Safety Strategic Plan2025.
The National Road Safety Council advised road users to increase their awareness and focus while driving and practice road responsibilities at all times for the safety of all.
