The Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Bridge was lit in blue last night to commemorate World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW), celebrated from November 18 to 24 every year.
Themed ‘Preventing Antimicrobial Resistance Together’, the Ministry of Health is encouraging everyone to ‘Go Blue’ today in support of the campaign to raise awareness on the responsible and correct use of antimicrobials.
