The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) Kiulap held its grand opening ceremony at the open area of Setia Kenangan Building yesterday.
CBTL Vice Chairman Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im bin Pengiran Anak Haji Tahiruddin officiated the event with the cutting of a ribbon.
It proceeded with a donation of BND9,000 to the Centre for Children with Special Needs (KACA), Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei and Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam.
Receiving on behalf of the charity organisations were Pusat Ehsan Board of Trustees member Pengiran Sarimah binti Pengiran Haji Abdul Latiff, SMARTER Brunei Chief Executive Officer Sharifah Adila Surya binti Malai Haji Abdullah, and KACA Treasurer Haji Roslan bin Haji Mohd Hassan.
CBTL also made a BND3,000 contribution to the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023. – Lyna Mohamad
