The Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society (BRC) yesterday received first aid equipment for the Royal Procession around Bandar Seri Begawan to mark the royal union between His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen and Yang Mulia Dayang Anisha Rosnah binti Adam, which will take place tomorrow.

A handover ceremony took place at BRC Knowledge Hub in Annajat Complex where Acting President Simon KA Leong received 250 first aid vests from Trane Aire Sdn Bhd and 50 tactical first aid pouches and one emergency trauma bag from DSC Engineering Sdn Bhd.

BRC has been appointed as the health working committee for the upcoming procession where they will provide medical coverage such as first aid services and ensuring public safety.

Twenty-two first aid posts will be set up along the procession route, from Istana Nurul Iman to Royal Regalia Museum. – Lyna Mohamad
