Proceeds from the Spend and Donate initiative organised by Melvida were donated to the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023 at a ceremony at Melvida Office in Sunway Centre, Manggis.
At the handover of the donation of BND6,737, Nur Afiqah and Hafeez Asmu’ie from the Operation and Marketing Team represented Melvida while WeCare was represented by its admin officer Irdina Zaini.
The donation was made through WeCare.Bn, its National Palestine Fund. The donation will be handed over to the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
During the initiative from November 6 to November 30, Melvida pledged to donate BND1 to relief efforts in Gaza, for every BND10 spent by its customers.
