Boost for Liverpool supporters in Brunei

Official Liverpool Supporters Club Brunei (OLSC Brunei) signed a memorandum of under-standing (MoU) with official sponsors at Brunei Darussalam Football Association (FABD) House, in conjunction with the 2024/2025 annual general meeting, yesterday.

The signing was OLSC Brunei’s move in creating a community of enthusiastic Liverpool FC supporters in the Sultanate. The annual general meeting plans the direction of the club for the short and long term of the programmes that will benefit its members. Among the plans drawn up throughout the 2024/25 season include reaching the membership goal of 150 registered BruneiReds and organising the Fantasy Premier League competition and in addition to trying to provide more benefits to members.

OLSC Brunei also intends to create a new hub for weekend matches as well as planning a trip to Anfield for BruneiReds members. The club also plans to expand the number of registered members, establish an official OLSC Brunei office and examine the establishment of an official football team to participate in the Brunei National League. Liverpool FC has over 300 Official Supporters’ Clubs in 100 countries. – Lyna Mohamad
