Local bodybuilder Khairulanwar Jamhari impressed in the regional scene after finishing in the podium at the FIF Multinational Mortal Battle 2023 at Jaya One, Shah Alam in Malaysia recently.
He emerged champion in the men’s sport model 170 centimetres (cm) and above open category and won third place in the men’s fitness model 170cm and above open category.
Meanwhile, his compatriot Mat Zulnirqin bin Jumat emerged champion in the procard men’s physique 170cm below category while Muhammad Muiz ended in the top five of the men’s physique 170cm below novice category.
Muhammad Amzar was also appointed as a personal assistant for FIF Brunei and was an invitational judge for the FIF Multinational Mortal Battle. Joining him as a FIF international judge was Wadud bin Haji Abu Bakar. Around 300 participants from 15 countries competed in the international meet. – Fadhil Yunus
