The Tutong District Office issued a BND500 fine on a company for unauthorised dumping in a public area.
The company has seven days to settle the fine or face court. Companies found guilty will be fined between BND2,000 and BND10,000 for the first offence; between BND10,000 and BND30,000, imprisonment of no more than 12 months, or both, for subsequent offences.
