Members of the public are invited to personally experience the pure power of German carmaker BMW’s M performance during the BMW M Test Drive Experience until March 31 at the BMW showroom.
Organised by QAF Auto, the sole importer and distributor of BMW vehicles in Brunei Darussalam, the BMW M135i xDrive and M235i xDrive Gran Coupé are available for test drives.
The BMW M135i xDrive is a compact four-cylinder sporting powerhouse with even sharper dynamics, with a 225 kW/306 hp four-cylinder unit utilising BMW TwinPower Turbo technology under the bonnet. Power is harnessed more effectively than ever to produce the captivating dynamics and driving experience for which BMW is renowned for.
Detailed modifications for the chassis result in even better mounting, ensuring precise controllable driving characteristics even when pushed hard. The optimised traction allows drivers to explore the car’s performance limits with confidence, especially when cornering at high speeds.
Meanwhile, the BMW M235i xDrive Gran Coupé includes the BMW xDrive all-wheel drive feature, a mechanical Torsen limited-slip differential, M Sport steering and M Sport brakes.
The eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission also features a Launch Control mode. The three-dimensional mesh replacing the bars in the kidney grille is inspired by racing cars and adds an alluring visual feature. It is the BMW Group’s most powerful four-cylinder engine with a rating of 225 kW (306 hp).
Standard operating procedures will be observed throughout the test drive period. Before and after every test drive the vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised.

The public can also view the many BMW cars on display in the showroom including BMW M2, M3 and M4.
