China and Brunei are neighbours boasting traditional friendship and strategic cooperative partners. The bilateral relations continue to grow with sound momentum, as evidenced by the effective cooperation against COVID-19, the fruitful high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and the deepening traditional friendship.
I attach great importance to the development of China-Brunei relations, and cherish the profound friendship with His Majesty.
I am willing to make joint efforts with His Majesty to further enhance the strategic mutual trust and deepen practical cooperation between our two countries. May His Majesty enjoy good health and every success.
