Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) is participating in the Smart Mobility Expo 2023 to show support for the development of a smart and sustainable transportation system in the country.
The expo, which runs from December 8-10 at BRIDEX International Conference Centre, is an event for the automotive industry to showcase the latest technology and engineering.
The Smart Mobility Expo coincides with the Brunei December Festival, a month-long festival aimed at promoting domestic tourism during the school holiday period.
BIBD has set up a booth at the event to make it easier for customers to access its wide range of financing solutions and enjoy exclusive offers and promotions. BIBD will also be showcasing its innovative digital banking solutions offered through the BIBD NEXGEN.
BIBD’s participation at the expo showcases the bank’s commitment to not only promote cashless transactions among the public but also support stakeholders efforts in developing innovative and sustainable transportation systems and technologies in Brunei, said the bank in a statement yesterday.
