Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) held an appreciation ceremony recently to mark the renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System at the PGGMB building in the capital.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Junaidi bin Haji Masri presented certificates and tokens of appreciation to 49 recipients, including representatives from 15 BIBD branches.
He expressed appreciation to the staff and stakeholders who played a crucial role in securing the ISO certification renewal.
“This achievement reflects our collective efforts and commitment towards reinforcing corporate governance and continuously improving our services. It is the result of the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our team across all levels of the organisation,” he said.
The event honoured and recognised the invaluable contributions of stakeholders in reinforcing corporate governance, promoting continuous improvement, and delivering on BIBD’s commitment to excellent customer service.
Chief Operating Officer Haji Minorhadi bin Haji Mirhassan said, “The ISO 9001:2015 certification empowers us to build a robust infrastructure that guarantees consistent service and systematic delivery of key processes.
