The Lions Club of Belait continued its Chinese New Year celebrations with a visit to the Old Folks Home in Seria to commemorate the seventh day of festivities yesterday.
The group brought along a cake and lou sang, as well as handed out ang pows to the residents and staff.
The seventh day of Chinese New Year, traditionally known as ren ri, refers to the common person’s birthday, which originated from Chinese legends and culture.
