Flash floods hit several low-lying areas in the Belait District, including Suri Seri Begawan (SSB) Hospital yesterday.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) said in a press statement that 15 clinics at the hospital were affected by the floods and have been temporarily closed for a day for cleaning and maintenance works.
The hospital has also taken steps to ensure services in affected areas are not disrupted, and that patients’ appointments at affected clinic be rescheduled.
Meanwhile, the capital also saw a heavy downpour yesterday. – Daniel Lim
