Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC) is collaborating with leading brand Kühlbarra (under Barramundi Group) to create a special Kühlbarra-inspired menu featuring locally harvested barramundi at Anjung Saujana Restaurant and Dynasty Restaurant.
Barramundi fish lovers will be spoilt for choice with the flavour-packed baked barramundi with sambal sauce in banana leaf, the traditional classic steamed whole barramundi with chilli garlic and calamansi, as well as all-time favourites such as the pan seared barramundi with garlic butter sauce, and battered crispy fish and chips with tartar sauce at Anjung Saujana Restaurant.
At Dynasty Restaurant, diners can sample the Chinese-style steamed whole barramundi with supreme oriental soya sauce, deep fried whole barramundi with scallion sauce, and steamed whole barramundi with chilli paste sauce and ginger.
The promotion runs from June 1 to 30.
The locally harvested barramundi is a premium white fish that is sweet and buttery in taste, and delicate in texture.
