    Barista Championship showcases top coffee talents

    Khairun Nasrullah bin Haji Ismail emerged as the champion, impressing the judges with his exceptional barista skills at the  Barista Competition Finals at My Town Palace in Beribi on Tuesday.

    Coffee Bean Brunei Vice Chairman Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im bin Pengiran Anak Haji Tahiruddin led the panel of judges for the competition.

    Coffee Bean Brunei General Manager Art Terrado delivered his opening speech and kicked-off the competition.

    Mohammad Syukri bin Mohamad Rosli claimed the first runner-up position, while Mischel Antazo secured second runner-up. Dayangku Nur Haziqah Firzanah binti Pengiran Haji Mokti and Nurhaifa Hamizah binti Jasni finished in fourth and fifth places, respectively.

    The event highlighted the talent and dedication of local baristas, contributing to the growing coffee culture in Brunei. As the day came to a close, participants and guests alike left inspired by the passion and skill demonstrated throughout the competition. – FADLEY FAISAL
