From now until June 30, Standard Chartered Bank is offering bonus interest rates of up to 1.2 per cent on increased monthly deposits for JustOne Savings and Current Accounts.
The promotion offers higher tiered interest rates according to the incremental average monthly balance held and increased against each month. The current base savings interest rate is 0.15 per cent.
For incremental total average monthly balances of BND50,000 to BND100,000, savers can earn 0.45 per cent interest rate while for BND100,000.01 to BND250,000, 0.75 per cent; and BND250,000.01 and above, 1.2 per cent.
