Bang Dalam FC collected their first win of the Tutong District League (TDL) after defeating 3 PML 2-1 at the Tutong Sports Complex yesterday.
Md Kamarul Hazaze bin Rosle opened the scoring for Bang Dalam in the 41st minute before Md Nurakmal Rizal bin Muhd Norawi doubled his side lead three minutes later. 3 PML, who are still in the hunt for a first win, pulled one back after Muhd Ari Saizulfadli bin Ariffin scored in the 80th minute.
Last Friday, TDAFA Under-23 team ran 2-0 winners over Azmainshah FC with goals coming from Muhd Rasul Abdul Rashid and Muhd Aiman Haziq in either side of half-time. The league’s opening game saw Azmainshah and 3 PML locked in a 2-2 draw with Tutong Hotspurs enjoying a 8-2 rout over Bang Dalam FC in the subsequent match.
The five-team league is organised by the Tutong District Amateur Football Association (TDAFA) with the cooperation of the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) and the Youth and Sports Department Tutong District Branch. – Fadhil Yunus
