Kampong Lambak Youth Association (PERBEKAL) held its annual Hari Raya 2025 Celebration themed ‘Hari Raya of the 50s and 60s’ at the Youth Centre’s Recreation Hall in the capital on Sunday attended by over 150 members and family members.
The Mega Raya Aidilfitri event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by PERBEKAL’s Chairman Haji Zakaria bin Haji Liman. This was followed by welcoming remarks by the association’s Vice President I Siti Seriana binti Haji Muhd Yusuf in her capacity as the chairperson of the organising committee. PERBEKAL President Pengiran Haji Nordin bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, the guest of honour, also delivered a speech.
The celebration saw solo and group singing performances, dance and a teridera with the highlight being the prize presentation of the grand prize and a lucky draw. PERBEKAL Continuous Chairman and Village Head of Kampong Lambak ‘B’ Pengiran Jofri bin Pengiran Haji Zaidi; Deputy President Pengiran Mahari bin Pengiran Haji Muhd Tahir and Vice President II Pengiran Abd Aziz bin Pengiran Haji Muhd Tahir also attended. – Lyna Mohamad
