Belait District residents flocked to Tudung Saji yesterday evening on the first day of the gerai perayaan (festive stalls) held in conjunction with the 76th birthday celebration of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
Besides 52 booths set up across the site, the gerai perayaan also features nightly stage performances.
