The ‘Udacity Kick-off Training – Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Courses’ virtual launching was held on Thursday through the Microsoft Teams platform.
The event was organised in collaboration with Shell Deepwater Borneo Ltd (Shell), Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (BSP), Udacity and Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB).
Shell Deepwater Borneo Ltd Managing Director Dougal Grant delivered his remarks.
The event continued with the introduction of courses by Udacity Enterprise Customer Success Manager Veerle Van Der Meulen. A course demonstration session was also shared to the audience.
The event concluded with closing remarks by BSP Digitalisation Manager Hajah Sofiah binti Haji Umar.
UTB signed a memorandum of understanding between Shell and BSP on Artificial Intelligence: Gift to The Nation on December 3, 2020. The training is part of the donation from Shell and BSP for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) lab.
