HECAS 2023 (2nd Round) online application to local higher education institutions such as Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei (PB) for the 2023/2024 academic year will commence today at 9am and will be close on September 12 at 3pm.
The programme levels offered are Level 5 Diploma, Higher National Diploma and first degree.
The HECAS online application is open to holders of valid Brunei issued identity cards.
HECAS does not process applications of government servants applying for in-service training or foreign applicants who do not have valid Brunei issued identity card.
Applicants can use their predicted results to apply to local universities (UBD and UNISSA).
Successful applicants will receive a conditional offer upon meeting the entry requirements set by the respective institutions.
Before the closing date, applicants are required to settle overdue payments upon HECAS registration through the BIBD Mobile app or by cash at the payment counter located at the Cash and Revenue Unit, Ministry of Education (MOE) and fulfil requirements stated in the institution checklist.
