A 45-year-old permanent resident was denied bail yesterday while he faces two charges of raping a 13-year-old girl with familial relations.
Judicial Commissioner Haji Abdullah Soefri bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin adjourned the case to January 7, 2023. Deputy Public Prosecutor Rozaimah Abdul Rahman’s charges allege the man of having raped the girl in a house sometime in May and June.
